Simon Dawson, Senior Geophysicist
Simon has 27 years of experience in applied geophysics, following an Earth-science based degree in Environmental Sciences. He worked initially in the Oil & Gas sector, and after completing an MSc in Applied Geophysics, moved into high resolution mining, engineering and environmental geophysics with British Coal. After the privatisation of the UK Coal industry he moved to a geophysical contractor where he specified and conducted similar geophysical surveys for a wide range of clients in those sectors. His experience includes an extensive range of successful underground geophysical surveys, and has worked in several other countries (Gabon, India, South Africa, Nigeria, Dominican Republic, Turkey, and Tunisia).
