Despite trading profitably and with an increased turnover, the Management of RGSL has been forced to place the company into liquidation as of the 28th July 2009.

This has arisen as a consequence of a large bad debt (Geograce Mineral Resources, Philippines), perpetual late payments by a major client and an unsupportive bank (HBOS).

The existing high quality geological, geohazard and geophysical consultancy services will now be provided under the name Reynolds International Ltd, whose contact details are listed below:
